Home & Community Care (HACC)
MMIGP has an Aboriginal Liaison Officer who works closely with Local Government HACC Service Providers to provide a culturally appropriate and easily accessible HACC service to eligible clients in the EMR.

MMIGP Elders PAG –Community & group activities ,short trips, cultural activities

MMIGP Transport – Helps Elders to get out to Elders Activities and community events
